Everyone always says life is hard or unfair.
When you are a teenager most people think you don't care.
Life as a teenager is hard in itself.
Instead of focusing on you
you're trying to be like everyone else.
Everyday is like creating new a chapter in a book.
You're only focused on how you look.
Every word resembles what you lose or gain
All it is is an on going chain
The difference is all the stories are alike
From Making mistakes, to driving our parents insane, losing friends, and change.
Most tenagersinstead of making bad situations seem like its“the end of your life”
should make them be the reason our lives get better              All we have to do is turn them into life lessons.

My favorite part about is the poem is the uneven rhyme scheme. Each line has a different number syllables that eventually resolves into a rhyming word. This is important to me because it represents the unpredictable ups and downs of life as a teenager; there may be many bad things before a good one can even come around. As for you personally, don't get yourself down about it. I like to tell people, "There's always a light at the end of the tunnel, even if sometimes it's a train."
