Old Man Mcfee(Annabel Lee Parody)
He was born some years ago
In a barn surrounded by trees
He was sweet but crazy, a man you may know
Whose name is Old Man Mcfee
His mother hated the name, but had a thought
Let’s make him the best man he can be
He ran and played and sweat all day
The happiest kid in the world, oh if you can see
He fed the chickens and brushed the cow
Hey, that’s Old Man Mcfee
Don’t let the name fool you
He is only thirteen
At school he had one friend whose name was Joe
And all he ate was peas
Joe would only read baseball books
That would upset his friend Old Man Mcfee
Joe bought a bat and glove and played all day
But never asked Old Man Mcfee
Summer was here and school was out
But Joe left with the baseball team
He cried on the bus and cried in bed
Cried so much he didn’t even pee
HI! - said by a pretty girl (whose skin was white as snow with anyone with eyes can see)
He looked up and whipped his tears with the back of his sleeve
It was her, the one, her name was Old Woman Lee
They ran and played and sweat all day
The happiest teens in the world, oh if you can see
Let’s get married and have pizza topped with nuts and cheese
Two years have passed and the doves fly above
Old Woman Lee for now on it will just be you and me
Never did he think of his old friend Joe
He was happy Old Man Mcfee
Five years later six children have come to bring cheers of glee
They all belonged to Old Man Mcfee
They ran and played and sweat all day
Just like Old Man Mcfee
Many years have passed and he was getting old with Old woman Lee on his side
They fed the chickens and brushed the cows
Nothing have changed with Old Man Mcfee
He still lives in the barn surrounded by beautiful trees

The famous poem Annabel Lee by Edgar Allan Poe has a unique rthym that was easy to create. The poem's story to me is about a man who loved a woman so much but the sea took her away in a way. I thought what a good idea to to make an inspiration poem and make it funny.
