Why can I not slow down the time, let me be able to  meet you later;

Why can I not speed up the time, let me be able to embrace you?

I blame you because you never looked back at me.
Because you do not know, I am afraid.
I'm afraid in that unexpected moment you will walk away from me,
And disappear in the crowd, without any trace.

Sometimes, I think I'm crazy.
I would rather to spend all my beautiful adolescence in exchange for an impossible promise from you.
But you cannot give it
Because the pendulum of time is in your eyes.

I begin to suspect that you really love me and care about me.
If so, why wouldn't you know that I need you to stay with me;
Why wouldn't you know that I want to embrace you in every second?

'' I miss you '' has become more and more pointless;
'' I love you '' has become more and more worthless.

I'm afraid.
I'm afraid that one day in the future, I will tire ... cry ... give up.

Can anyone tell me?
How can I fix love?
How can I find the experienced craftsman,
Who knows the secret of time,
To help me transfer the pendulum to the time that I want?
The time only belonging to you and me.

The author's comments:

I always like to express my feelings about the relationship between people by writing poetry. In my personal view, love is the most beautiful thing in this world but sometime it could be dark or hopeless. All people have a dark side or something that they don’t want to share with other people. And sometimes use a fake smile to cover these negative emotions. Therefore, most of the poems I wrote are about the dark side and the love which I’m looking for from my inner heart.
