Heavy Hearted

Two souls that had once combined.
I remember it as a gargantuan steamy, grey cloud over my head that didn’t have the ability to disappear.
I remember his words as our souls gradually started to depart.
We never left each other nor could we ever. A love that was once as delicate as daisies turned into the roaring deep, dark ocean.
The love and special bond we once shared, abandoned us.
