I live to write and I write to live

it is the passion that

drives me

to create my soul

blooming across the page

I aspire to inspire

the world

to say through the power of words

only words

words that can influence

that can create

that can destroy, that can be 

loving

or hateful

I write the words I feel

aching in my head, pouding

until--

they are alive

creating images, stories in your head

and once I've started

there is no

stopping

going back

I am in a wind, a great vast whirling wind of

happiness

beauty

mystery

And it's like I'm drowning in my own head

only it's really not drowning at all

it's really only my first breaths.
