It has been so long.
You have been gone.
Are you all alone?
I want you to come home.
Your smile is what I miss.
Your sweet little kiss.
The entire time mom cried.
She took me on a ride.
Getting to see you is what I thought.
To the grass is where I was brought.
Then I felt the hurt.
When I saw the mound of dirt.
Your name was in the stone.
I felt all alone.
My tears are going to show.
You are in heaven, and that I know.
