I hear your whispers in the dark,
Molten silver that fuses itself with the depths of my heart.
They’re liquid nitrogen, freezing parts of me in place
I’ve missed you,
Your beating heart
And steady voice
I wish I could kiss you,
But you’re just a ghost scratching grief into the walls of my mind.
