The New Beginning

This pattern is an infinite thing;

Never ending, never slowing,

This pattern of yours takes you parallel to your

goal,

Yet you never intersect it,

The constant strain of varying outcomes,

choices, instances-it all takes you in

ever growing circles that never seem to end,

You make yet another decision on your

wandering road,

This unthinking choice suddenly

simplifying the equation,

Your hard, sharp angles strighten out;

You see, finally, the end of this road,

or your new beginning?
