The louder the music screams
The less I see my dreams
Let the melodies become my lullaby
Because the lies in my head
Won't go to bed
So let the music play
Distract me for the night
I know my pain and it's not going away
Trapped inside my head
I'm going insane
I'm drowning in the silence
The louder the music screams
The less I hear my dreams come alive

I wrote this when I couldn't fall asleep, because my mind wouldn't stop predicting the worst outomes of life. I ended up playing music and I went to bed with no problms.
