Ode to Jack in the Box Tacos
Here’s to being cheap.
Two tacos for just a dollar.
The perfect meal when you’re dining on a budget.
Here’s to being tasty.
You just can’t beat that gooey golden cheese,
that meat you just hope is beef,
and that hard crunchy exterior.
I commend your effort on trying to be healthy.
Only 193 calories per taco,
and don’t forget those few shreds of lettuce.
Plus who care what the haters say;
“tubed meat”, and “too greasy”.
To me you’re still flawless.
You’re the prime late night snack.
Always the answer when you’re craving.
Always a fun time when eating with your friends.
Sometimes turning into a friendly competition on who can eat the most.
Yet there is one thing that sets you apart--
it’s a trait not even many humans possess.
I know all 193 calories will always be there for me,
and I know you will never let me down.
