How does one define nature in today’s world?
Nature can be associated with green, but people see nature in many ways,
Some see nature as an assortment of colorful plants changing each season,
Others see nature as all kinds of animals crawling, flying, and swimming away,
Finally, others see inanimate objects like water and rocks as nature but that is okay,
I see nature as combination of animals, plants, and their surroundings,
No one specific category can define nature and not even all of them combined can either,
Personal opinion makes everyone’s opinion on nature unique in a way,
Phones, planes, paychecks, parties, a short list of some of the important aspects of our lives,
Nature tends not to be on that list as its value has continued to diminish due to modern technology,
In today’s world, screens are ruling our lives, so is nature even important anymore?
Nature changes like the transition from day to night or winter to spring,
So does our value of nature change over the course of each of our lives,
