Invisible
I know I’m not the best at games, but I don’t really mind.
It doesn’t bother me at all that everyone’s unkind.
I know I’m not the prettiest but I don’t really care.
I just ignore their schemes and sneers when they’re being unfair.
I may not be the smartest, but I try to do my best.
They can’t see what they do to me, or that I am depressed.
It’s not their place to judge me, or to tease, taunt, and condemn.
My feelings just don’t matter. I’m invisible to them.

This poem is not written from my own experience, but I tried to capure the feeling that one of my friends was going through a while ago.
