Chill in the air
It's freezing in here
Sharp carving noises
Swishing and striding
In my numb ears.
Cheers
Erupt and bubble,
Echoed by moans and grumbles.
Slam the stick down on the ice.
Swing as hard as you can.
Slap!
The puck is shot,
Like a bullet from a gun.
Ping!
Off the side of the goal.
Too bad.
