Life is like a glass, because you can look at it as half empty or half full
You can always feel like something is missing
Sometimes it can feel like it is broken or shattered
Or like you can feel it has little cracks of imperfections

Life is like a glass, because if it has no substance, you can see right through it
It can look smudged, and as if it needs to be polished
It can look like it’s worthless, when compared to others
You can always want to pour more into it

Life is like a glass, because you will always want a new and better one
You will think it is not good enough
You will want to just throw it away
But, you will have to realize, that it is only a glass
