Where do you find yourself?
When I observe the painting,
I see sparkling ocean,
and waves crashing on the shore,
and taste the salty sea water.
I imagine snow on a mountain,
as I'm flying down the slope,
with cold winds stinging my face.
A blue sky with scattered clouds,
as I try to make objects out of them,
playful shapes soaring by.
I see water rolling off a cliff,
as I watch it plummet to the ground,
and hear the screaming noise the water makes when it finally lands.
I taste cool refreshing mint,
as it hits my mouth leaving an imprint,
the chilling sensations going down my throat.
I feel warm water spraying in my face,
and see the trail the boat has left in the water,
as it speeds away at a fast pace.
I see fields of green,
with no end,
the possibilities do extend.
What do you experience?
