What I Want
I want a love that will surpass the limits time itself
One that I can’t mess up so easily
I want hands to hold passion beyond humanly possible
Lips that hold every secret we own
I want heartbeats that dance in circles
Eyes to see my soul
I want regrets to pass by me on their way out of my world
I love you to be the only sentence I hear
I want feet with playful toes
And rings that symbolize everything we hold dear
I want real love
Nothing of synthetic words
I want arms like blankets, warm and soft
Words that lift me up onto higher plains of thought
I want thoughts of endless beautiful moments
Feelings that cannot be explained
I want tears of endless joy
Butterflies that fill me up from my feet to my head
I want my love to always save me from myself
Stars will continue to gaze upon the legacy
