I am torn.
Demons drag my feet down,
while Angels lift my shoulders up.

My head is down, and my eyes are wandering.
A tear of blood drips
from my crown of thorn.

As i roll my head to the left,
i try to count all my blessings,
most of them are taken for granite.
The clouds part, and a light shines
revealing my destiny.
But it is hard to start my journey of a thousand steps
when my legs are shackled
by my Demons.
I am torn.

As i roll my head to the right,
i count my wrongs,
but am i wrong?
I guess i can my mistakes
lessons.
The ground quakes, shakes and cracks open
revealing my demise,
but the Angels catch my fall.
I am torn.

I walk on a thin line
of a righteous path.
Every step cuts into my feet
while blood makes it slippery.
I try to maintain my balance
weighing sins and forgiveness.
This journey is of mine is long and treacherous
yet i still move forward.
All of my losses make mourn
I guess this is why..
I am torn.
