Anger Management Diary
  Rage.
I can feel it fueling me.
It fills up so much of my stomach.
So much that food no longer has an appeal.
Rage that wants to be satisfied.
  But on what? On whom?
I don’t have the strength nor the energy to release it.
and now I can no longer tell
if this fire in my belly is from hunger
  or from hate.
