Hyped Life
Squeaky shoes and fancy clothes,
Kids dressing as if it’s a fashion show
Tall and short, sometimes excluded from a sport
It’s the life of fitting in
Sometimes it’s whether you’re thick or thin
Inside it’s hurting,
Our hearts are burning
All we’re trying to do is fit in
It’s crazy people are willing to sin
It’s a stereotype,
Most of all just hype
We’re willing to change our life,
Change everything about our precious light.
Just to be like everyone else,
When in reality,
We are supposed to be nobody but ourselves
