Our flame starts out
Radiant and hot
Foundations strong
Time goes by
flame still burning
weaker, dimmer
The Foundation
that was once sturdy and strong
now diminishes beneath us
Flame slowly dying
surrounding, caving in
until finally,
the flame dies out.
