A Tranquil Dream
  A lonely demented patient
Locked away in a frigid dark room
Only daydreams of how she wants to pass
Imagining blue pastel flowers slowly waving in the wind
A river riding over the rocks barely seeming to touch them
Deer with damp coats of auburn fur
She dreams of this fantasy everyday
  She contemplates every detail
Bruises from her slender neck vivid as soft violets
She envisions her skin white and cold as newly fallen snow
Hair suspended in the crystal clear river
Her dress hardly pigmented levitating on the surface
If only she could be free
To make all her thoughts diminish
  Her soul would travel upward
  To find sanctuary in Heaven
