Clash!
The school year rolls
around, hitting everyone in realization.
Students lay lifelessly, dreading
the first day now
and are soon
picked up and placed back into order.

A ball of new assignments roll
down each student’s lane, rubbing
uneasy against their summer polish,
to then clash against them, sending them flying.

Bang! Time flashes,
the weekend is over, and
school comes launching
towards the student’s once again and
are picked up and put back into place.

But this time is different,
the students stay huddled,
together and united, embracing
impact. Thier minds are prepared this time, and
tightly grasp the motion of school, now
having control of its path.

Grrr!
School slips off the student’s worries,
Taking an emergency crash,
into the pits, gutter ball.

The students all together rejoice,
yet prepare for the second round.

Once again, school loses
out of control and bounces out of harms way.
The wood floor has lost its summer polish,
And now has toughened up for the school year.
