Catastrophe
One time I tweeted "you are a tidal wave"
I couldn't be anymore wrong than I was at that moment.
You are not a tidal wave, you are a tsunami coming full force crashing into my bones and breaking them down like a house of cards.
You are a hurricane ripping through my body and creating a mess of everything inside of me.
You are not the simple thunderstorm.
You are not a wave softly crashing down onto the sandy beach. Nothing about you is simple.
You are catastrophic, and I say that in the best way possible.
You are a volcano erupting massively taking out thousands of cities in my brain. When I'm with you I don't get butterflies, I get eagles gnawing and tearing their way through my internal organs.
You are not a little shock I get from touching a door knob, you are an electric barbed wire fence and I am tangled up in you like a fly in a spiders web. You are a Venus fly trap and I am your prey and now I am just stuck.
I am not a tidal wave, a tsunami, a hurricane, or a volcano.
I am the rock bed at the base of a cliff that hangs directly over the ocean.
I am an abandoned train cart left for nature to reclaim.
I am nothing catastrophic or disastrous, but you are in the most amazing way possible.

The inspiration for this piece was drawn from a lady I once got to know in the most amazing way possible and when I realized that this lady was possibly the most amazing creature I could of possibly stumbled upon inspiration flowed and I just couldn't stop my hands.
