Drowning
I watched him fall,
He fell into an ocean of love,
He was able to float,
But i was barely treading water,
I didn’t know how to swim,
Suddenly,
I could float,
I learned to swim,
He got out of the ocean,
The waves kept hitting me,
Punching me with their force,
I was tied down by the current,
The waves knocked me over,
Over,
And over again,
I was drowning,
And i couldn’t breathe,
He let me go in an ocean,
And i couldn’t swim without him.

This poem is about a love I felt, and it made me feel week and sad.
