Maybe It&#039;s not about the happy ending, maybe its about the story.<br /> -Anonymous

Open doors beckoning me forward

But there are too many.

I choose one door that only leads me to more.

As they all open, they shimmer with light.

But once you are inside,

A whole world meets your eyes,

It's not anything like you thought.

The door showed you love and you are met with heartbreak.

But if it showed you the truth you would make no mistakes.

Mistakes are what humans are made of,

We are our own Pandora's box.

We are filled with hate, heartbreak, mistakes,

And our hearts are full of fear.

We are left with hope and love

Though they seldom seem to show

But through a door there must be more.

All the things that you saw must be through.

But once you are through, you may notice that after heartbreak,

A friend will help you through the ache.

For if there is hate or heartbreak,

There must be love there too.

That's the funny thing about these doors,

They show you an idea

You walk through and they close.

But until you find the idea no more open.

It may not come as you thought,

But the idea is there.

Mixed upon hate and fear.

You will find true happiness,

No matter how many doors.

For they show you a light

And will lead you there.

And when you walk through that final door,

You will know there are no more.

For in a dimension of doors they'll all lead you somewhere.

And you will find that place no matter what.

There are a million doors,

Behind them millions more.

But where you end is up to you.
