Unrequited Love
My oh my how wrong it sounds to whisper your name, alone wishing you were here when I should be saying it to your face followed with “I love you.” I should be staring deep into your brown eyes. Our hands should be intertwined. I should feel your breath on my neck and your lips on my lips. It has taken me months, but I have finally realized that you are the only person on this planet that I have ever loved with all my heart. I want to be loved by you in every way under the sun. I want to feel how much you want me and show you how much I need you. I want to give you everything you could ever dream of. I dream of making you smile. I want you to crave me. I want to hear how good I make you feel. I want you to tell me everything you want, and I want to be the one to give it to you. I want to give you everything I have. I want you to make me yours. I want to be everything you need because, God, you are everything I want. I want you to need me so bad it hurts. I need you to know that I’m worth it if you’ll just give me the chance. I promise you I’m worth it.
