Our family is incomplete
A crescent moon missing its other half
We didn’t know you
But we loved you
I’m sorry you had to go.
We all miss you still
And wonder
Do you too feel as if something is missing
Like a puzzle without two pieces
We aren’t finished.
We won’t be
Until we are all united
In heaven
I know you watch over us
And try to help
We pray for you
And hope that maybe one day
We can give you a sibling
And you can know your family
But until that day comes
We wait
We think
We hope
We pray
We love.
