Rebellion
Whispered words
In the dark of night
Truth finally coming
Into light
To scared to say
In the middle of day
What the heart and mind truly feel
Lying there
Full of despair
These feelings are out to play
Only in the midst of the celestial being
Come my many thoughts of fleeing
I close my eyes
To tired to sleep
Why not just lie here and weep
Finding the universe
In simple things
Is like feeling wind
Beneath broken wings
Falling while you're standing still
Forced to stay against your will
Seeing when you close your eyes
The ultimate truth in your disguise
My limbs grow numb
Hear the beating of the drum
I'm running far away
No longer shall my heart decay,
I refuse to obey.
