A TRY TO WIN
Flames of anger are waving me hi
But the light of my passion bounds them by
They are trying to choke me again
But this time my art my soul won’t be the object of bargain
And now floating is the only option
Far away I see
The flames of envy mounting my fort
I say, Let them come!!
Self-assurance and independence shall be
my guards this time
Dark is becoming darkerBut my hopes too now are brighter
As these worldly beings surround and suffocate me
I say yet again to myself-
These people are not meant for me
These relations are not meant for me
They say I can’t do it
But I say I can do it
And I know I will do it.
