I remember a day when I went far away,
travelled to Mexico where a week I stayed.
We travelled by plane; a total of five
Even the airplane ride made us feel alive
I was with my family, my parents and sisters.
We vacationed to a beach where the sand was endless
The blazing sun scorched our skin
Lying beneath the sun along with the warm wind
I enjoyed playing with my sisters in the sand;
which felt like an endless warm blanket covering the land.
My mom built a sandcastle that blew us away. 
We stayed out in the sun and enjoyed the ocean all day.
The sweet smoothie stand made it all so special.
My favorite flavor was strawberry banana which made me feel all the better
The nachos I enjoyed a bunch made such an amazing crunch.
Who would have thought that I would enjoy it that much?
My sisters laughed and played
I’m really happy with where we stayed
I hope to go visit again soon
The beach was a dream come true
