Sand flakes crumble beneath my feet

They reach into my person
rake me clean of the grit from past time
They twist but I swirl
We are the beast
starving and ferocious

The storm makes me ferocious
It is stirred in the wake of my feet
I have turned into a beast
A feared person
Around me the world swirls
but I am frozen in time

I create time
I shape it into a beast: powerful, ferocious.
as it runs its claws across Earth, everything swirls
There is nothing beneath my feet
I am not a person
I am the beast

It has awakened, the beast.
It controls time
Gone is the person
Gone is the ferocity
Everything is beneath my feet
My mind swirls

The concept of creation swirls
The most feared beast
I race on flying feet
To every corner of time
Winds ruled by the ferocious
and the stock still person

I am the person
Standing still in the midst of the swirls.
Not ferocious
Not a beast
I feel the movement of time
The ground solid under my feet

I move my feet, my strengthened person moves forward
Time passes normally, the swirls of sand are depleted.
All is calm. The beast is dead. the ferocious storm is passed.
