Maybe I should have listened to you when you told me I’m made of mistakes
But then again how could you have fallen in love with me   before you realized this
I know that the scars on my thighs aren't pretty
And the way that black tears drip down from my eyes isn't    always appealing
But there is more to me then the things of the past
There is more to me then the way I've done things
I am not made up of mistakes
I simply make mistakes
I know then you’re going to point fingers and act like I am a bad person just because I messed up
You are going to show me how I changed a lot
But bad things do that to people
They force you to change
So yes that’s right
I have changed
Because I know what it’s like to be broken so far down that  it feels like you might never breathe again
I know what it’s like to have given someone so much to get nothing in return
And to open your heart again only to get let down
I know what it’s like to be sitting on the bathroom floor with blood stained hands and a heart that can only be hurt so      much before it breaks
And trust me I know what it’s like to make mistakes
