Finding Happiness
What do you do when you’re trapped,
When you live with a constant reminder of things in the past,
When you can’t make sense of anything
When the world around you is moving yet you find yourself stuck in the same place
The place where your silver lining, is that you’re still breathing
And you question if life is something you still want
But one last drop of hope still remains
The fact that you’re so low, you realize there’s nowhere to go but up
Despite all the trials and tribulations, There’s still one thing you long for
You long for happiness
You long for a second chance at life
A chance to change and do it all better
To appreciate the time you have
And not take it for granted
Above everything, Happiness is what you’re trying to find
