never touched the floor.
masses of food in pools,
shimmering crystal blue.
Thousands of smooth scales live,
food retreats in a blink.
Welcoming death in the
shimmering crystal blue.
Blimps grow extra fins,
touching ground for a first.
Leave the familiar,
shimmering crystal blue.
Gasping at the unknown,
they now begin to grow.
Never look back at the,
shimmering crystal blue.
Smooth scales are now rough skin,
flat tales become long rope.
All that remains is the,
shimmering crystal blue.
