Better Days
The deep perfume of passion
In a dim room filled with music
So gorgeous in it's melody
That it makes you dream of a better day
One far, far away
Your eyes close with weariness
Maybe sleep will fix it all
At least for a few hours
Maybe more if you stall
You tug off your glasses
No longer wishing to see
Everything is clearer
When it's blurry
The warm embrace of unconsciousness
Holds you near
And you drift away on a cloud
Exempt of fear

Late night existential crisis mixed with some good music and an overload of feelings. Hoping to reach out and relate to others who have felt the same way.
