The Bur Oak and A Breeze
Have you ever stopped to listen,
to listen to the way the wind blows.
It blows past homes and flowers,
animals and trees.
The way the wind blows through a slowly dying bur oak
reminds me of the rushing waters of a river.
The cool breeze like that of the refreshing,
gushing river.
The leaves push against each other as the wind creates
a calm environment and all is blissful.
