In a complete state of relaxation

the wind blows in a calm motion

in my head starts a dream but fiction

while I lay in a static motion

The utter silence of the night

is broken by a sudden fright

of a resounding act of theft

my sweet sleeps little pest

The eyes refuse to go into slumber

and everyone begins to ponder

for a solution to the nights wonder

then goes a gun shot of thunder

Fear cripples the soul

Where are the roggers on night parole

when this storm suddenly evolved?

everyone now has to go-down-low

Then my eyes open

and the dreams spell broken

sweet sleep has spoken

and has taken its nights token
