How is it possible that a flower dies in summer?
Freedom, huge invisible prison
Hope falls as the leaf on a dry tree
Bath tub, infinite well of tears.

The weight of the world is getting harder to hold
Loneliness eats me from the inside
I can't stand a brief moment of cold silence
My mechanisms work thanks to the habits of life.

Blurry future, unknown, going blind
Empty glances and smiles reflect the reality
Black hole growing in my soul deeper and deeper
From blessed to cursed, it's just half a step away

Sacrifice, biggest pleasure for the happiness of others
What doesn't kill you makes you wish you were dead
My dreams aren't an escape, wake up in agony
Hands on my back don't let me fall
Wind whisper and inspire me to move on.

I'll find you again, maybe I'll find you in the high sea.

I was inspired to write this poem when I felt heartbroken and betrayed by someone that I deeply loved.
