Why am I carrying the sun?
you too breathe
you too sweat
you too work when told and rest when done.
So, why am I carrying the sun?
Why do you cuddle the moon?
I too need peace
I too need comfort
I too cry when hurt, but you honestly think I'm immune.
Tell me, why do you cuddle the moon?
Why do you choose to share the earth?
we both seen the destruction
we both seen the evil
we both have questions about humanities worth.
So please tell me, why
do you choose to share the earth?
