I have this secret.
It’s growing inside me.
Feeding off of my happiness and sanity.
Sifting through my thoughts leaving a bad taste in the whiteness of my mind.
It’s an angelic touch of pain that occurs every moment I’m happy.
It’s darkness is a ghastly day dream full of turmoil and trepidation.
A threat on my stability I've grown to keep.
It’s a heavenly reminder of the constant shadows
downing
my
every
ambition.
