Bears in the Forest

As the beautiful sunrise comes up above the tall trees,
The hives start to rush to pollinate the flowers with bees.
When hibernation starts, the bears start to cuddle,
Sleeping until it ends for them, on the rocky cobble.

Walking toward the stream, looking around cautiously,
The cubs next to her, in her fur, softly.
Fish leap around in the water while the mother catches,
The cubs join in, chomping their teeth and latches.

Returning home with food for all, gnawing on their meal,
As it turned midnight, they’re snuggled warm with feel.

The sun ascends, coruscate upon the cave,
As the cubs awaken, they wrestle as they misbehave.
The mother dispersed the cubs, wanting to start the day,
They walk out of the cave, wanting the cubs to play.

The mother watches the cubs, looking out for a predator,
As she lies down, being the only protector.
Not knowing it was hunting day, the mother out,
POW! POW! The mother falls to the ground with blood spout.

The cubs run to their mother, weeping in sadness,
The hunters walk slowly, being soundless.
Having teary red eyes,
Hearing the mother’s last goodbyes.

The mother ends her life with a dying breath,
The anger towards the hunters means death.
As the cubs get ready to attack, they ready their knife,
Leaping at the hunters, attacking back, slashing, ending their life.
