Deep in This
Deep thoughts slither into the mind,
In a zone of its own doing,
This is what I call thinking.
Deep hole that gains depth the more you dig,
In all of the mess you put yourself in,
This is what I call trouble.
Deep worry lines etched on your forehead,
In sync with the chaos of life,
This is what I call worrying.
Deep dark secrets kept to hide yourself,
In a world full of lies and deceit,
This is what I call secrecy.
Deep dish pizza on a Saturday night,
In your pajamas tucked in bed,
This is what I call fun.
Always something going on and that's just it, you never know what that something is. You just are "deep in this".
