Shortage of Time
Time
Seems so short
Every day that we say goodbye to that person
we never know if that will be our last day
They could
get in an accident
commit suicide
let all of their life oozing out through them and decide to give up on life
We can never see what may happen in the future
Life and death seem so far apart but so near
Time isn't endless
Thinks things through
Say our goodbyes
And run against the time
Trying to stop it with all our might
But never succeeding
Time
Death

All interconnecting into one reality
Loss and shortage
Life is so short and we can't do anything about it
the life span that
God has given us
To what extent that duty shall be fulfilled
Running
Running out of breath
running out of time
Haven't quite done everything that you've wished
But there is no time
Time to say goodbye to this world
Such a shortage of time
As i lay closing my eyes
And saying my goodbyes
Thank you for everything
And never forget to look at them one last time
Closing in
The darkness and the cold
The damp and the shortening of life
No more
No life
Short time

This poem was inspired by the fact that my grandpa has cancer right now and I felt for the first time, how close we are to death. we never know when we are going to contract a disease and die. We could be in an accident and die. Time is short so if you want to live your life to the very extent, then people should be wiling to sacrifice anything and get to their dreams and passions. Time will never stop for you. But if you have the will to do that, then you can definietly stop time to do what you want to do.
