High above the sandy dunes,
the clouds hides the moon's gloom,
pangs ring out in the dead of night,
scream of mothers with child fright,
as the cloud drift away,
they reveal this was not mere play,
the mercenaries walk away from the village,
leaving the dead they have pillaged
