because its easier to fear than to risk pain

I fear to hurt

because its easier to hide than face the truth

I fear to change

because its easier not to than to risk my beliefs

I fear the truth because its easier to lie than to face reality

You fear to love

because the fall after is harder than the road before

You fear to hurt

because the last time felt like eternity

You fear to change

because when things change life complicates

You fear the truth 

because its not what you planned

We fear the future

because it leads to the unknown

But the unknown

can be better than the known

if you allow it to grow
