Seeking Perfection in Lighting and Boys
If I move just
one
foot
to the right
There.
The sun lends him a halo
And his golden hair glows with the light
And it seems even nature acknowledges his perfection.
I wish for a camera, but having none,
I fix him in my memory.
I know full well that, upon recollection,
his outline will be more defined than in life;
his smile more radiant;
his existance more illuminated.
No shadow about his life will remain;
The eternal sunset shall see to that.
