The Truth
That's the thing about pain it demands to be felt
But if it demands to be felt than why don't we just destroy pain all together
Pain is like misery
It feels like your floating through the ocean and a wave comes and you begin to drown
You go down deeper and deeper until you can almost touch the bottom
You can't breath
You can't see because it's too dark
This is also how depression is
But their are more people in the water
they are swimming and living while you are losing breath and you're sinking and no one notices because they don't care and never will
Depression makes you feel all numb inside
Depression turns you into a monster that does not destroy and hurt others
but destroys itself
When you are depressed it gets to the point were you are so mad you want to punch a wall
you don't even care if you break your bones
You become so sad that you want to just let the tears flow but you get to that point were you stare into the air at nothing at all
You can feel the raindrops forming in your eyes but they don't fill the clouds within you so they don't rain and storm like they should
Life is a never ending circle of battles and life lessons that either kill you inside or build you up either one will damage you in the long run
Because a person can only withstand so much pain boiling inside their body like lava inside a volcano before it explodes destroying everything around it and more
And because a person can only handle so much of the building up the self-esteem that they worked so hard to build
One day it will all crumble and die like the leaves do when fall comes or when a cancer patient sucks in his last heaving breath of oxygen
No one will ever truly understand pain and depression because we all go through it everyday
and that is THE TRUTH
