FLINTface Poem
I have been bullied.
Why me? Why me? I think as I get put down.
They don’t know how much effect this has on me.
Do you even see the real me?
I’m a human, not a toy.
I have a heart and you’re taking away my joy.

I have a voice.
I have a soul.
Stop talking to me like I am nothing.
This needs to end.
I’ll pray each day the pain in the bully’s heart will be taken away.
I am strong, even when I am weak.
In my darkest hour, I can take back my power.
You can’t take that away from me,
no matter how hard you try.
My wings will soar and fly.
I can get through anything
and my inner light will shine through...
