prayers
that Fell to
Deaf ears
from zero
self Worth
from Pain
and
Abuse
i come from
a bottle of
Sleeping pills
from little bits
of Relief
i come from
a man
who Taught me
it was okay
to be Sad
who Taught me
math and english
with
Pleasure
who was here
one day
and Gone
the next
i come from
the color
