It was 60 degrees down at the

Beach, Sweatshirts and jeans
Is what you need.

The waves rolled over The sand that
Once blew around.

I stand in the Waves Clothes and all
The water is cold but I don't care. I
Jump up and Down and run around.

The wind is like an airplane fast
And strong it zips around and pulls
Stuff down.

The sand castles around blew down.
The little kids cried. This is not a
Good beach day for anyone around.

Even though I may not think this is
Fun. I say to my family  “ I'm  wish for the sun
And i'm having fun.”

I glance at the water that's as cold as
Ice. Then think about running through
One more time.

Goodbye to the beach, farewell to
The sea this is not a good beach
Day as you can see.

The author's comments:

The sea does not reward those who are too anxious, too greedy, or too impatient. One should lie empty, open, choice less as a beach - waiting for a gift from the sea.
